Kate Penrose is a Senior Data Analyst at the ISPH. With more than 15 years of experience in research and evaluation, her interests include infectious disease, behavioral health, and structural determinants of health. Prior to joining the ISPH, Kate’s work focused on implementing and evaluating community justice programs in New York City. She has also worked as an epidemiologist with health departments in New York City and the state of Massachusetts on HIV, hepatitis C, and refugee and immigrant health. Kate holds an M.S. in Population and International Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
