Victor is a data manager at ISPH. His interests include queer sexual health, innovative approaches to mental health, and access to public health for marginalized communities. He has experience creating and managing databases, and designing creative solutions for data collection, process automation, and system interconnectivity. Offline, Victor enjoys dipping his head under waterfalls, practicing handstands, reading science fiction novels, and preparing various herbal teas depending on the needs for the day.
