Adriana is a third-year doctoral student in Environmental & Planetary Health Sciences at CUNY SPH. Her research covers air pollution, neurodevelopmental disorders, women’s health, and migrant health. She is currently studying the effects of prenatal exposure to industrial air pollution and the risk of select neurodevelopmental disorders in collaboration with the NJ Autism & Developmental Disabilities Monitoring (NJ ADDM) Network and Rutgers University. She works at CUNY ISPH in the STEPS2 program as an interviewer and recruiter.
Adriana holds an MPH in Epidemiology & Biostatistics with a specialization in Maternal, Child, Reproductive, and Sexual Health (MCRSH) from CUNY SPH and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Puerto Rico.
