Drawing from syndemics and resilience frameworks, this study longitudinally follows a cohort of 1000 HIV negative MSM from across the US for a period of 3 years to examine factors that place men at risk for HIV transmission, as well as factors that help men to remain sexually safe and otherwise avoid hazardous behaviors.
