This study responds to the need to increase HIV testing and PEP/PrEP use among groups experiencing higher HIV impact in the United States (US). In response, we propose a study to test the effectiveness of a multilevel and multicomponent HIV prevention intervention that combines evidence-based, individual-, interpersonal- and community-level components, built around a community organization-delivered PEP/PrEP navigation program in an EHE priority area in the US, to increase primary outcomes of past 3-month HIV testing and PEP/PrEP uptake over 18 months. The findings from this study will have important implications for HIV prevention uptake in key populations and can be integrated into existing dissemination efforts.
