Tips to facilitate specimen collection
- Please DO NOT test the lancets as they are single-use and will only pop out of the lancet holder once
- Stay hydrated
- Wash your hands with warm water when getting ready
- Shake hands for at least 15 seconds
- Press the lancet firmly against the side of your finger
- Keep your hand below your heart during collection to make sure blood flows freely
