Sehyun Oh is a Research Assistant Professor at the ISPH. As a postdoctoral fellow, she investigated intra-tumoral heterogeneity of ovarian carcinoma subtypes through analysis of DNA and RNA sequencing data while assisting in the development of approaches for multi-omic data analysis in general.
Sehyun is a molecular biologist by training with a BS in Biological Sciences from Seoul National University, a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Minnesota, and a Post-Doc from Columbia University.
