Radhika is a Research Analyst at the ISPH. Her master’s training is focused on tropical medicine and maternal and child health. Additionally, she has prior expertise conducting quality assessment evaluations including survey design, data collection, and analysis in resource-limited settings and played a lead role in the implementation of the Global Fund-supported 2013 Sri Lanka National Size estimation for most at risk populations for HIV. She has experience working on proposal development, project management and implementation at both a local NGO and U.S based global project, and has supported monitoring and evaluation processes for donors such as Global Fund and USAID. Her subject matter expertise is in HIV and reproductive health rights focused on key populations. She is fluent in English and Sinhala.
