Dr. Wisdom is a licensed clinical psychologist and health services researcher in private practice. She recently was professor of Health Policy and Management and director of the Center for Mental Health Innovation at CUNY SPH, where she worked closely with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide training and technical support for healthcare and community-based organizations on best practices, process and outcomes measurement, and data management. Dr. Wisdom has previous faculty and senior administrator positions at George Washington University in Washington DC and Columbia University in New York. Her research is on improving the organization, management, and quality of behavioral health services, with particular emphases on leadership and change management.  In her current private practice, she provides consultation to individuals and teams in medical, academic, and business settings to help them clarify goals, create strategy, take responsibility, attain goals, and create sustainable progress.
