Irvin Parker IV

Research Assistant

Irvin is a Research Assistant at the ISPH. Irvin has 18 years experience in HIV prevention and awareness. He began his research involvement with The Adolescent Trials Network and C2P as a Youth Advisory Board Member representing Tulane University of New Orleans. His primary career focus has been Black and Latino LQBTQ youth empowerment in both New Orleans, LA as well as New York City. Irvin is a trained and experienced HIV test Counselor, Street Outreach worker, Community Liaison, a 3MV(DEBI) facilitator. Irvin was also the Community Outreach Coordinator and Recruitment/Retention Supervisor with ICAP with Columbia University for the HPTN 061 study.
